A wiki you co-develop with AI.
Priced for small teams.
Missing a column, a view or a workflow? Write it down in your own words. AI implements the change, ChordOne reviews and ships it, and it stays maintained. Meeting notes, handbooks and trackers stay linked to your people directory, so access follows joiners and leavers. Free for up to 20 people, then ¥200 (about $1.5) per user per month — roughly a tenth of Notion or Slite.
- Sign up with your company email and start the same day
- Import Notion ZIP files directly
- Private pages are hidden even from admins
Onboarding for October 2026 hires
Assignee columns link to the employee directory and update automatically for transfers and departures.
Missing a feature? Describe it. AI builds it, we ship it.
Most tools make you wait for a roadmap or hire a developer. In ChordOne you describe what you need, from inside the product, in your own words. AI implements the change, our team reviews it, and it goes live for your workspace — usually within a day, at no extra cost.
Ask in plain words
"Add a due-date column that turns red after seven days." No tickets, no specifications. Describe the problem where you noticed it.
AI implements, people stay responsible
AI writes and tests the change. ChordOne reviews it, ships it and keeps it working through future updates. You never touch code or run a server.
Included in the price
Requests are part of the plan, not a paid add-on. That is how a 20-person team gets software shaped to its own way of working for about $1.5 per user.
Just select an employee
Assign tasks by choosing from the employee list. Department and title are visible, and updates follow hires, transfers, and departures.
Set page access for each person or team
New pages are private to the creator, even from admins. Share by person or department as needed.
Wiki, forms, and automation in one place
Collect responses with public forms, notify assignees automatically, and record meetings with AI minutes. No extra contracts needed.
Write, organize, collect, and connect—all in one note.
Pages and databases
Meeting notes and manuals as pages. Project lists and onboarding checklists as databases. Switch between table, board, calendar, gallery, timeline, and chart views. Build management tables with relations, rollups, formulas, and sub-items.
- Filter and group by conditions, with aggregation
- Open rows as pages in a side panel
- Type
/databasein the text to insert it there

Rollup: Total budget ¥1,240,000 / Formula: Usage rate 66%
Public forms and automation
Publish database forms that anyone can submit without logging in. Responses are added as rows. When a row is created or updated, you can automatically update fields or send notifications in-app or to Slack. Useful for internal requests, supply applications, and surveys.
- One click to publish or stop a form
- Check results as "Completed" or "Needs Review"
- Run preset actions with a single click button
Internal Request Intake / Automation
AI Meeting Minutes (No Bot)
Just record from the Chrome extension—no need to add a bot to meetings. Transcripts and summaries are saved to notes. The summary tailored to the meeting type is shown first, with the transcript collapsible. 1-on-1s and candidate interviews at the same time are automatically linked.
- No extra cost (included in Note)
- Summaries are structured for easy review of decisions and action items
Weekly Manager Meeting / 2026-09-18
Assigned onboarding leads for 3 new hires in October. Standardized 1-on-1 templates across all departments.

Search, share, and import
Search finds pages and database rows by title or content. Share pages and invite external guests. Backlinks and comments supported. Import ZIP exports directly from Notion.
- Organized in three layers: workspace (all), shared, and private
- Favorites, drag-and-drop, subpages

Only people listed here, including admins, can access this page.
Not just a place to store information, but a workspace built on HR data.
General document tools are flexible, but handling HR data and permissions often requires manual work. Here’s how we’re different.
| Aspect | General document / wiki tools | ChordOne Note |
|---|---|---|
| Referencing employees and departments | Enter names as text or manage members separately | Reference employee directory and departments as columns. Updates with transfers and resignations. |
| Handling of private pages | Admins may be able to view depending on the tool | Starts with creator only. Even admins cannot read the content of private pages. |
| Request forms & automation | Often requires another tool or a higher plan | Public forms, automation, and buttons included as standard |
| Meeting minutes | Used together with a separate bot-based service | Record with Chrome extension, no bot needed. Auto-linked to 1on1s and interviews. |
| HR, performance, and recruiting integration | Requires integration setup | Same account, same data. Add features later as needed. |
| Pricing | Per-user pricing (see each provider's website for details) | Free for up to 20 people. ¥200 (about $1.5) per user from 21 people; ¥800 (about $5.5) per user is the cap for everything |
The comparison summarizes general trends. For the latest details, please check each tool’s official site. For more details, see the internal wiki tool comparison article.

Frequently asked questions about ChordOne Note
Is ChordOne Note free to use?
Free for up to 20 employees, with no charges for page count or storage. For 21 or more, it's ¥200 (about $1.5)/user/month. If you use 4 or more standard ChordOne features, the max is ¥800 (about $5.5)/user/month.
How is it different from Notion or other internal wikis?
It runs on the same account and platform as your HR data, including employee directory, departments, and evaluations. You can select employees directly in tables, and access updates automatically with hires, transfers, or departures. You can import from Notion via ZIP export.
Can admins see private pages?
No. New pages are private to the creator by default, and even admins cannot view the content of private pages. You can specify who to share each page with, by person or department.
Can I share with people outside the company?
Yes. You can invite specific email addresses to access only that page. For each invite, you can set permissions for viewing, commenting, or editing. Other workspace information is not shown.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start using it the same day you register with your company email. Creating and sharing pages takes just a few minutes. With business templates, you can start with columns, views, and forms ready to use. Notion import is also available on the same day.
